Delivery Times

Elliney partners with international suppliers and we ship products directly from our warehouses in Europe, Asia, and America. We offer our customers fast and reliable shipping.

We have carefully chosen our transport partners to ensure that your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible.

This means we can significantly save on transportation, warehousing, packaging, and shipping costs, allowing us to offer products at a fair price.

Our average delivery time is 7-12 business days.

Notice: Due to our rapid growth, we are moving to a new warehouse. As a result, some products may experience slight delays. We thank you for your understanding.

If you wish to return a product, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Keep this in mind when purchasing multiple products that you might want to try but not keep.

Order Status

After placing an order with us, you will receive a personal tracking code via email.

With this code, you can track your order anywhere through our tracking partner, ParcelPanel, via this link.

It is normal for it to take 2-3 days before you see the first updates on your order. After 2-3 days, you can also view the estimated delivery date on the tracking page.

Delivery Issues

It rarely happens, but an error in the delivery process can occur. This is human, and there's nothing we can do about it. We ask for your understanding in the following cases:

  • Defective Product: We're sorry! It can happen that your product gets damaged during transport. In such a case, we will automatically send a new package at no additional cost, but unfortunately, we are not yet able to offer a refund at this moment. We want to satisfy the customer and provide what was ordered before deciding to issue a refund.
  • Lost Package: If a package gets lost or cannot be delivered due to logistical reasons, we will always send a new package at no cost before proceeding with our refund and return policy. We want to satisfy the customer and provide what was ordered before deciding to issue a refund.
  • Refusal to Accept Package / Failed Delivery: Sometimes a customer may refuse to accept the package at the door, or the delivery company may have attempted delivery multiple times but no one responded. In this case, the package is returned to the post office. At this point, Elliney covers the costs of redelivering the package. We always inform the customer promptly by email about this situation, and as a customer, you have 7 days to pick up the package. If the order is not picked up within the indicated period at the post office, it is automatically returned to our warehouse. If this happens, we will send you a new package at no cost with the same delivery time already mentioned (7-12 business days). If this is not accepted or picked up for the second time, we reserve the right to retain €15 from the amount to be refunded to you.

Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it is immediately prepared for shipment via our automated systems. Therefore, changes or cancellations can be made within an hour of purchase. If you have concerns about the product you will receive, we offer a hassle-free return process. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt and receive a full refund.

Customs Fees

It can happen that customs may inspect the packages being sent to you. Unfortunately, this legislation changed on July 1, 2021, and we no longer have any control over it. In some cases, customs may require a small amount for customs duties. But don't worry! We anticipate this will not happen in 99% of cases.
